Rochelle Quema is the founder and visionary behind Rochelle’s Salon and Spa, a premier beauty destination that has been a trusted name in Central Phoenix for over 25 years.

An Arizona native, Rochelle graduated from Tolleson Union High School in 1991 before pursuing her passion for the beauty industry at cosmetology school. Her career began with world-renowned luxury brand Elizabeth Arden, where she refined her technical expertise, professionalism, and dedication to exceptional client experience.

Like many true entrepreneurs, Rochelle felt the call to build something of her own. She opened her first salon on 16th Street near Camelback, laying the foundation for what would become a thriving, highly respected business. Through hard work, artistry, and an unwavering commitment to her clients, Rochelle steadily grew both her clientele and her reputation.

Today, Rochelle is widely recognized as a Master Colorist, known for her precision, creativity, and ability to deliver consistently exceptional results. Under her leadership, Rochelle’s Salon and Spa has earned numerous industry awards and accolades, solidifying its place as a staple in the Central Phoenix beauty community.
